Abstract
International Relations division of the Welsh Government are seeking expressions of interest for a future procurement of a range of unique, quality gifts/promotional material that showcase the best of Wales. The gifts would need to be suitable for Ministers to give to visiting VIPs whilst also being mindful of the need to demonstrate value for money.
There would be a requirement to Ship gifts/promotional material to our overseas offices (in 21 international locations), adhering to customs regulations, sometimes at short notice.
We wish to secure the support of a contractor to:
Research/seek out appropriate quality Welsh gifts/promotional material for different events
Research/seek out appropriate quality Welsh gifts/promotional material for Ministers to give to visiting VIPs
Procure quality gifts and ship them to various international destinations (sometimes within tight deadlines).
