Abstract

Cardiff Distillery are seeking quotations for each of the below equipment/machinery. We would like each quote to include costs for training and testing. Experience in the industry is important and having an understanding on the status of ordering is required. The canning line must include: CP10 10 counter pressure with a 10 head twin lane filler, with x2 electronic seamer based on a 330ml can size. The machine must be able to can into 150ml and 250ml can sizes A microcan linear wrap label applicator that is compatible to CP10 machine or similar model. Date coder to print on bottom of cans Half pallet size infeed with 2 twist cages included for 150ml and 250ml cans A rotary collection table (900mm) Compressor Delivery, set up and training fee must also be included Chiller for Canning Line A packaged air cooled I- chiller 1 off independent refrigeration circuit 1 off scroll compressor 1 step of capacity control Integral immersed coil type evaporator incorporated within a 255 litre buffer vessel 2 off axial fans General alarm fault terminals Remote start / stop terminals Microprocessor controller (complete with weather-proof panel) Mains isolator - Full R410A refrigerant charge - 400v / 3ph. / 50Hz power supply IP54 protection rating - Phase monitor - Compressor crankcase heater - Electronic expansion valve The chiller must be compatible with the canning line. The canning line must include:

CP10 10 counter pressure with a 10 head twin lane filler, with x2 electronic seamer based on a 330ml can size.

The machine must be able to can into 150ml and 250ml can sizes
