Abstract

Central and West area EMS Clinical Control Centre (CCC), Clinical Support Desk and Ambulance Care call taking functions occupy areas within Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters at Llangunnor, Carmarthen, which are currently split between 2 floors (the ground floor and first floor) along with Resources who occupy an office in an adjacent building onsite. The opportunity has been presented by DPP to occupy and renovate the majority of the Ground Floor of Llangunnor CCC to provide capacity for the First-floor functions to vacate to the GF, Resources, NEPTS and Operational Quality onto the GF. This project consists of demolition, refurbishment, decoration, fit out, Mechanical & Electrical elements and a phased approached to a live 999 call taking environment.
