Abstract

Overview - Lewis Pies Limited make pastry based products for a range of sectors. and we are looking to expand the Baked throughput capabilities of the business. REQUIREMENT: A 4 rack electric oven with a temperature range between 50-300 degrees. DIMENSION / RESTRICTIONS: The oven must be built in sections to fit through openings 2100 x 2200 and have the smallest possible footprint. The oven must be able to be vented vertically from the top of the unit through a chimney to be constructed through an external sheet metal roof CAPACITY: The platform must be able to take a load of up to 800kg. CAPABILITY: The oven must be able to generate steam to future proof for other uses. EFFICIENCY The energy efficiency must be demonstrable and have a 3 phase connector. Please provide Full details and Costs for Maintenance - Maintenance Cost and Cycle Requirements for 1 year; 3 years and 5 years Please include within the quotation the full details and any charges attributable to Delivery and Installation Training Support Availability THIS REQUIREMENT IS OF AN URGENT NATURE
