Clarification/ Cadarnhau
Some of you may have noticed that Trowers & Hamlins' logo and details appeared on the draft agreement included in the tender documentation posted to the portal.

In fairness to Trowers & Hamlins and for the avoidance of any doubt CCG wishes to clarify that despite the reference to Trowers & Hamlins on the draft framework agreement they were not involved in any way in the drafting of the framework agreement for the legal services tender nor were they involved in any part of the tender process / preparation of tender documentation etc.

We simply used, without their knowledge or consent and amended a document which they had drafted for us to use for another purpose a number of years ago.
