Project Description
The Innovation Matrix will be a smart building; utilising the latest developments in 5G, Internet of Things and Ai to deliver a more data driven, efficient, secure, cost effective and ultimately productive work environment. The building will be highly configurable, enabling it to be transformed in response to changing demand with scalable rooms, temporary spaces, to accommodate new ways of working. The project aims to utilise best practice in the design of the Innovation Matrix, adopting low energy principles and the use of natural materials to achieve carbon neutrality over its lifetime.
