Gwynt Glas Offshore Wind

 

Gwynt Glas is an EDF Renewables UK and DP Energy joint venture project proposal to develop 1GW of Floating Offshore Wind in the Celtic Sea.

 

On Wednesday 1st March, Gwynt Glas hosted its first supply chain focused event in south Wales.

 

Businesses learnt about regional Floating Wind industry growth, the Gwynt Glas proposal and the potential opportunities from the wind farms construction and operation, subject to the project obtaining the permissions and leases required to develop a project in the Celtic Sea.
