Provision of Powys Community Additional Needs Service for children/young people and their families

Powys County Council are seeking a service provider to operate Powys Community Additional Needs Service for children/young people and their families. The service is to be delivered across a continuum of need which includes early intervention and care and support to achieve individuals’ well-being outcomes. The service will provide bespoke short-breaks through outreach and home based support to children and young people with a disability and their families.

The Meet the Buyer event welcomes potential providers of the service to learn more about our requirements, receive information on the specification, forthcoming tender and answer any questions.
