In Autumn 2023 Welsh Government established the Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which is designed to support delivery of Welsh Government’s environmental commitments over a 4-year period. A DPS functions in a similar way to traditional frameworks in that participating organisations advertise mini-competition opportunities for DPS suppliers to bid for, and then we award the contract to the successful supplier. Where the DPS differs, it is open for applications from new entrants at any time until November 2027. Successful applicants are now being invited to mini-competitions for our requirements and we continue to encourage suppliers of all sizes in the natural resources, environmental, marine and fisheries sectors to apply to gain access to those opportunities.
To access the application documentation you must follow the step by step guidance on the Contract Notice which explains how to access the opportunity on WG’s tendering platform eTenderWales. You will need to register for accounts on both platforms linked below.
