Let’s Build the Future Together
The Castle Gardens scheme is just the beginning. With exciting opportunities across South Wales and the UK, we’re looking for reliable, innovative suppliers to join us in delivering outstanding results.
Castle Gardens Scheme
The Castle Garden Scheme represents a dynamic transformation of Castle Square, blending thoughtful design with enhanced functionality to create a vibrant space for the community. Central to the project is the removal of the existing water feature and sculpture, making way for a more cohesive and accessible layout, including a reconfiguration of the terraced steps.
A key highlight of the scheme is the construction of up to four commercial units, housed within two bespoke pavilions. These contemporary structures are designed to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding environment, offering new opportunities for businesses to thrive while enhancing the square's appeal.
To enrich the public realm, the project introduces a new, visually striking water feature, breathing fresh energy into the area. A state-of-the-art replacement TV screen further elevates the space as a hub for communal gathering and entertainment. Complementing these features, the plans also include comprehensive hard and soft landscaping improvements, emphasising functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic value.
Through these enhancements, the Castle Garden Scheme aims to create an inclusive and engaging public space, fostering a sense of pride and connection within the community.
