Some housing schemes have been stalled as Local Authorities work with Natural Resources Wales to meet the requirements of marine nitrates planning guidance.

• Engage your appointed accountants/financial advisors to assess the impact of any delays.
• Maintain regular communications with your supply chain partners.
• Review your sell2wales profile to ensure notification of other upcoming contracts, including contract award notices which may offer potential business opportunities.
• Explore the Wales Infrastructure Investment Strategy to identify other planned programmes of work for which you may be able to compete.
