If you are a contractor and would like to tender for packages of work with Lend Lease, the first step is to complete the on-line Expression of Interest form.
Lend Lease will then review your submission and determine your company’s suitability for the project and then contact you directly.
Please be aware that Lend Lease procurement policy requires all of their supply chain members to be accredited via a recognised scheme before any contracts can be awarded. These recognised schemes are:
• Building Confidence (for high risk, high value trades) whose construction team can be contacted on 01235 838140
• any of the accredited providers operating under ‘Safety Schemes in Procurement’ (SSIP) (for low risk trades under £100k). You can contact them on 0131 4426612 or visit the SSIP website

The new prison will be situated some 5 miles from the Cheshire border and is expected to be built on a 66 acre site. It will have the potential to house some 2000 category C prisoners.
Construction is expected to start on site during August 2014 and the project is expected to finish in 2017.
