Welsh
Ministers have established the Welsh Government Land Division to add scale and
pace to the delivery of more, well designed, sustainable, and affordable homes
and places. Land Division uses a range of methods to secure exemplar
development on its housing sites. Where appropriate this includes site
disposal to delivery partners whose proposals align with Minister’s high
standards, moving along the pathway to net zero living.
