In 2027 the UK will host the Grand Départ of both the Tour
De France and the Tour De France Femme, Avec Zwift. This will be the first time
in history that both races have departed from the same country, outside of
France. A landmark social impact programme will also be delivered across the
UK, tackling inactivity, improving mental wellbeing, boosting economic growth
and supporting communities to thrive.
As the operational plans develop there will be a number of
procurement opportunities available.
In May/June 2026 Grand Départ GB 2027 will launch the
Expressions of Interest for Phase 2 of their central procurement activity as
they continue preparations for the Grand Départ GB 2027. This sees Grand Départ
procure goods/services in partnership with, and on behalf of, host local
authorities.

•Medical
Provision
Suppliers will support Grand Départ in building the delivery
capability required for a world‑class global sporting event, working in close
partnership with host local authorities and delivery partners.
