Employer’s Agent Services
WM seek to appoint an Employer’s Agent to provide the following services for Key Stage 6 (Detailed Design and Construction) only.
- Project management
- Contract management including fulfilling NEC PM/Supervisor roles
- Cost management
- Technical assurance.
The Employer’s Agent will act in an assurance role on the Design and Build Contractor for Key Stage 6 on behalf of Welsh Government.
