Consultancy Services for Programme Management Support

Description of the goods or services required
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's Executive Team are driving a new and creative Transformation Programme intended to realise financial and performance improvements, and to achieve our strategic objectives. They are investing heavily in changing the way in which leaders talk, think and problem-solve together, with a particular emphasis on cross-organisational working as opposed to the risk of silo-working.
Overall aim
• Work with us to scope what is currently going on within the Health Board Programme Management Office.
• Identify what activities/projects are standalone?
• Identify what is determined as core business and needs to have Executive oversight
• Advise on, and begin to build both a new function and a PMO Academy
The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 months at the capped value of £75,000.00

1.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and
not award any contract.
2.Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract as set out in the ITT and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.
3.The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.
4.All documents to be priced (where applicable)in sterling and all payments made in sterling.
5.All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
6.In reference to II.1.9 (Variants)to the extent permitted, if at all, in the tender documents.
