ateb and Solva Community Land Trust invite you to tender to provide architectural services for this exciting project which will be a landmark case for Wales and has captured the interest of the Housing Minister.

The CLT will procure affordable homes for local people, utilising Second Homes tax monies and this has already significant media attention as a new model for delivery of affordable housing.
