This notice has been cancelled. The original deadline date of 10/02/2021 is no longer applicable.

The University initiated an open call to competition, in the OJEU, utilising the Restricted Procedure by way of publishing a PQQ with details of an ITT to follow. Three submissions were received during the PQQ stage and following a full evaluation, all three suppliers were deemed to meet the minimum requirement and were therefore invited to the ITT stage. During the ITT stage a single bid was received, unfortunately, this bid was not deemed to be suitable, i.e. one which would be capable, without substantial changes, of meeting the University’s needs and requirements as set out in the PQQ/ITT. Accordingly, the University has decided not to award a contract and to abandon this procurement exercise.

In accordance with the provisions of regulation 32(2)(a) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the University now intends to proceed by way of a negotiated procedure without prior publication.
