Description of the goods or services required

The Living Levels Landscape Partnership is commissioning a series of life-sized, or larger than life-sized, human sculptures representing key figures in the history of the Levels. The first three sculptures have been installed at Black Rock Picnic Site (2) and Magor Marsh Nature Reserve (1). A further three figures are planned at Lighthouse Inn car park, Tredegar House and Parc Tredelerch.

The budget ceiling for the Lighthouse Inn sculpture is £12,500 (excluding VAT).

All consultant related fees and expenses are to be included in the quote e.g. artists, project manager, engineer etc as well as all other costs including travel and subsistence and other fees. Costs for materials should be estimated as well as costs for consultation, design, delivery and installation stages. Welsh translation of any interpretative text and text setting should also be included in the budget.
