This framework will cover internal and external refurbishments to the housing stock (est 5,000 properties), including responsive repairs, disabled adaptations, new kitchens and bathrooms, roofing works and repairs to windows and doors. It also includes repairs and small scale refurbishments to our schools and public buildings.
