This contract comprises the planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and minor works modifications of the University of South Wales Air conditioning Chiller & AHU Plant as described and scheduled in the specification.

Total quantity or scope of tender

This contract comprises the planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and minor works modifications of the University of South Wales Air conditioning Chiller & AHU Plant as described and scheduled in this specification.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

Planned preventative maintenance to all equipment associated with the Air conditioning Chiller & AHU Plant as listed in this specification.

Reactive maintenance.

Technical support and management of all specialist contracts and sub-contracts as part of this commission.

Provision of 24-hour operations support.

The contractor is requested to provide fixed price quotations for the following options of service:

Standard contract plus all consumables

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Interested parties must be able to and document in their response:

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide detailed project specific answers as requested to the quality evaluation criteria;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a mandatory site visit in line with current restrictions;

Fully price up the tender requirements as stipulated in the Specification;

Have an operational electronic reporting system with full USW access rights

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Thursday 30th September 2021.

You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.

All queries in relation to the tender should be conducted via the Q&A function attached to this notice which will close at midday, Wednesday 22nd September 2021.
