Consultancy Services for Helix Project Evaluation

Cardiff Metropolitan University's Food Industry Centre is working on an ongoing project named Project Helix. The project was set up in 2016 and is a knowledge exchange programme for the food processing sector in Wales and is funded by the Welsh Government.

We are looking for a contractor to provide us with an independent consultancy service for the evaluation of ‘Project Helix’. The successful Contractor will be required to evaluate and establish the impact of Project Helix on the food and drink sector in Wales.

The evaluation must review project delivery through four specific phases and requires a series of four reports to be provided by the successful Contractor.
