The proposed development scheme consists of 23 units as follows:

•8 x 4 Person 2 Bed Houses

•2 x 4 Person 3 Bed Houses

•8 x 2 Person 1 Bed Flats

•4 x 3 Person 2 Bed Bungalows

•1 x 5 Person 3 Bed Specialist Bungalow

The intention is for the properties to be of timber frame construction and non-fossil fuel heated via Air Source Heat Pumps.
