Pobl Group wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake Stock Condition Surveys across our stock as and when required. The contract is in place for 1 year with the option to extend for one year.

In the first instance, Pobl Group has a requirement of 630 properties to have a Stock Condition Survey to be undertaken.
