The Council is therefore seeking to commission suitably qualified consultants to deliver.

• Design focus group methodology to ascertain views about childcare in Torfaen

• Deliver a series of targeted focus groups with the specific families identified above

• Produce an analysed report of focus group responses and summary

• Analyse all consultations delivered by the Local Authority and produce a comprehensive gaps analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of childcare in Torfaen
