Contributing to the Development Control casework on all forms of planning and related applications, the processing of all forms of planning applications, conservation area consent, listed building consent applications, EIA/screening and scoping requests.

Preparation of draft reports and preparation of draft non-delegated applications and other development control related matter to PAROW committee.
