Press & Communication Support for Community Innovation Denbighshire

Description of the goods or services required

Cadwyn Clwyd would like to give you the opportunity to quote for the work of providing press and communications support for the Community Innovation Denbighshire scheme.

Plan and execute a PR campaign that includes:

a) A minimum of 4 press releases with accompanying photography. The successful supplier will be required to deliver the press releases across the duration of the project (8 months - to June 2022). Timings of releases to be agreed with Cadwyn Clwyd.

b) Obtain local and regional printed and web coverage for the stories generated.

c) Generate local and regional TV and radio coverage.

d) Provide a minimum of 3 photographs per press release. The photographs should also be made available for Cadwyn Clwyd to use for its wider promotional material e.g., Facebook, Twitter, website etc.

e) Create a minimum of 4 short videos (1 per press release) to accompany the press releases. These can be shot simultaneously to the photography. The videos should be approximately 1 to 3 minutes in duration and feature interviews with the groups and general establishing / background shots. The videos should also be made available for Cadwyn Clwyd to use for its wider promotional material.

f) Produce a post press release report showing reach and engagement of press release coverage by supplying relevant links and scanned newspaper clippings (including any social media dissemination).
