OD Consultancy to support to the National Health Protection and Screening Services DLT

Description of the goods or services required

Following the appointment of a new National Director of Health Protection and Screening Services/Medical Director in June 2021 and changes to the Directorate Leadership Team (DLT), there is a need for Organisational Development (OD) consultancy, advice, and facilitation as part of phase 1 of an ambitious change agenda.

The aim of the work is twofold,

To design and facilitate a programme to build DLT relationships, effectiveness, and ownership of the long-term vision for the Directorate and to equip the DLT to shape the future design and prepare them to deliver the wider Directorate changes,

and;-

To provide expert advice and support to the DLT and People and OD Partner in scoping and developing an organisation design and development plan as part of the phase 2 wider Directorate changes planned for 2022

1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award any contract.

2. Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract as set out in the ITT and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.

3. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.

4. All documents to be priced (where applicable) in sterling and all payments made in sterling.

5. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.
