Abstract

Wrexham Glyndwr University have are seeking to Engauge a suitably qualified agency to undertake servicing and maintenance of it mechanical space and hot water heating, ventilation equipment, including air conditioning, across it Campuses located in Wrexham, Flintshire & Denbighshire. There are approx. 400 assets in total which require service & inspection at regular intervals. The University is looking to enter into 4 year contract period.

2.1 Title

Wrexham Glyndwr University HVAC Services 2021

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

There are approx. 400 assets in total which require service & inspection at regular intervals.

The University is looking to enter into 4 year contract period.

However, Please continue to complete the pricing & cost schedule and include the Optic Centre as it will be required for year 2 from August 1st 2021 onwards.
