Abstract

’The Health Board seek to appoint a suitable provider to support the Integrated Autism Service Team with Autism Spectrum Diagnostic Assessments to reduce the Health Boards waiting list from 1st January to 31st March 2022. Provision of ASD diagnostic assessments is a specialist service with specific standards to be met in accordance with NICE Guidelines, this include: • MDT Approach • Clinical Interview with informant • Clinical Interview with individual • Observation Assessment • Use of a valid diagnostic tool • Diagnostic Threshold Should you wish to express your interest in delivering the service to support the Health Board, please contact Julie Williams – julie.williams74@wales.nhs.uk by 7th December 2021.
