Supply and install of solar PV and Battery storage at Calon Tysul Leisure centre
|

Description of the goods or services required
H Factor require a contractor for the indicative design and layout, installation and commissioning of an integrated (PV) Solar Photovoltaics (50KWp) and Battery Storage (50Kwhr) system and associated electrical works to meet with the clients’ recommendations.
Site Location Calon Tysul Leisure Centre, Llyn Y Fran, Llandysul SA44 4HP.
The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost . Please note that the tender closing date is 31/01/2022 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The Contract is for the supply and installation of a 50KWp solar PV system and 50KWhr Battery storage system at the site. Quotation should include the potential Carbon savings and energy savings from the project.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1
|
Minimum standards and qualification required
The supplier is expected to consider the community benefits associated with this project and must supply a plan for ongoing support for the installation at the site as part of the tender document.
The supplier must install all equipment in accordance with the MCS scheme and register the installation onto the MCS database and must hold a current MCS certification.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. 1) Assist in Decarbonisation of the energy supply to the Centre
