o This data should cover current month and same month last year occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), supply, demand, and revenue for each day of the month for the following segments area:
1. Total Wales
2. North Wales
3. South East Wales
4. South West Wales
5. Total Wales 11-25 rooms
6. Total Wales 26-50 rooms
7. Total Wales 51-100 rooms
8. Total Wales 101+ rooms
9. North Wales 26-50 rooms
10. North Wales 51-100 rooms
11. South East Wales 26-50 rooms
12. South East Wales 51-100 rooms
13. South East Wales 101+ rooms
14. South West Wales 51-100 rooms
15. South West Wales 101+ rooms
- Standard recruitment exercises (i.e. initial communications, 4 blogposts, 3 in-person event attendance)
o The supplier should commit to engage in a number of recruitment exercises to ensure the sample of hotels remains appropriately sized and representative of the broader hotel universe in Wales.
- Annual Summary Report
o The supplier will create and provide Visit Wales with an annual report that will share key findings from hotel survey during the year. The report will contain graphical visualisations of the data and narrative to explain and identify trends in the data.
- Provision of local authority reports
o The supplier will be required to produce six separate reports for specific Local Authority areas who currently purchase this information separately.
