Swansea Council is leading a Request for Quotation on behalf of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire Councils. The three local authorities in South West Wales have worked together to develop a co-ordinated regional programme that aligns with the Regional Plan for Regeneration and the Regional Town Centre Action Plan, and meets local priorities, as outlined in local regeneration plans and economic recovery plans.
