Description of the goods or services required

The aim of this specification is to appoint a supplier via Sell2Wales to provide a facilitator for the Disability Rights Taskforce and to support the facilitation of the working groups. This will be completed by meeting our needs as set out throughout this document. The working groups will bring together work stream themes to bring diverse insights through the lived experience of disabled people.

Minimum standards and qualification required

The services of an appropriate supplier are required to provide facilitation:

The facilitator’s role is to support and manage the working group meetings which will develop and agree co-produced actions to present to the Disability Rights Taskforce.

The facilitator will attend meetings with the working groups and the Disability Rights Taskforce, to give participants a structured space to identify actions and produce action

plans moving forward.

The facilitator will create an open and accessible environment, which will reflect the principles of co-production, where all voices are heard and given equal consideration.
