Abstract

The project involves the will involve the demolition of the existing external covered play area canopy and its replacement with a new classroom extension together with an associated covered play area canopy. The scope of the works will include demolition and removal of the existing canopy; construction of new classroom extension; forming new openings; roofworks; internal reconfiguration to the existing building; new windows and doors; new mechanical and electrical installations; adaptations to existing mechanical and electrical installations; new finishes and fixtures. Externally there will be a two new covered play areas; new surface drainage and all associated external works.

2.1 Title

Overmonnow Primary School SEN Alterations Phase 2

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The scope of the works will include demolition and removal of the existing canopy; construction of new classroom extension; forming new openings; roofworks; internal reconfiguration to the existing building; new windows and doors; new mechanical and electrical installations; adaptations to existing mechanical and electrical installations; new finishes and fixtures. Externally there will be a two new covered play areas; new surface drainage and all associated external works.
