Mae Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn yn cynnal digwyddiad ymgysylltu meddal â’r farchnad ar gyfer darparwyr Gwasanaethau Byw â Chymorth ar gyfer unigolion sydd ag anableddau dysgu a / neu awtistiaeth. Mae’r Cyngor yn gweithio gyda Peopletoo sydd wrthi’n adolygu’r cynnig presennol ar hyn o bryd ac maent yn dymuno clywed gan ddarparwyr er mwyn cael gwell dealltwriaeth o:

Anglesey County Council are holding a soft market engagement event for providers of Supported Living Services for individuals with a learning disability and / or autism . The council are working with Peopletoo who are currently in the process of reviewing their existing offer and would like to hear from providers to gain a better understanding of:

 What’s working well

 How do we measure success of outcomes achieved

 What are the challenges

 What are the opportunities

This is not a call for competition but an opportunity to inform future commissioning approaches. The session will take place on Friday 21st January 2022, 1pm – 2pm via Teams.
