Internal & External Reconfiguration of B2 Workshop

Refurbishment both internally and externally of a single storey annex to

the rear of Brecon Building, Treforest Campus.

This project will complete the internal reconfiguration of the area

currently housing a woodworking workshop and redundant archiving

area on the ground floor.

This project will complete the internal reconfiguration of the area

currently housing a woodworking workshop and redundant archiving

Scope of works to include:

Internal demolition and strip out; Walls and ceilings; doors; flooring; heating & plumbing; electrics; internal fittings; decoration; roofing works.

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be

provided;

Meet the critical programme deadline;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit in line with current restrictions;

Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the Schedule of Rates pricing document

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 4th March 2022.
