Abstract

Through this request for quotation, WAST is seeking a partner organisation to undertake an evaluation of the impact of our new mental health service. We are looking for an experienced provider to undertake the evaluation, which will involve a dialogue with us about: -The anticipated benefits outlined above -the methodology to be used for each element of the evaluation -a proposed timeline for completion of the evaluation including presentation of a final report, including proposals for longer term evaluation -data collection and analysis plan -how all materials and data gathered in the process of undertaking the evaluation will be shared, noting that all findings and evidence gathered will be property of WAST and not that of the providers, this should be shared electronically at the same time as the final report -WAST being principal investigators and the scope for joint publications with WAST on the process and/or outcomes of the evaluation
