Abstract
The Vale of Glamorgan Council (‘the Council’) wishes to appoint suitably experienced consultants to undertake a comprehensive qualitative assessment of existing and allocated employment sites and premises within the authority, together with a quantitative assessment of future employment needs to update the Council’s employment land needs evidence to inform its emerging Replacement Local Development Plan (2021-2036) (LDP).
