Supply of a Building Cleaning Service for Jubilee Park Primary School

Description of the goods or services required

Jubilee Park Primary School wishes to appoint one supplier to operate a building cleaning service at the site. The contract will be for a three year period with an option to extend for one year. The contract is to commence no later than 1 May 2022.

TUPE will apply.

Jubilee Park Primary School is located in Rogerstone, Newport. The school is on two levels and 368 pupils attend it.

Daily cleaning (Monday to Friday) is required during term time between hours of 6am and 8.30am.

Deep cleaning / periodic cleaning during school holiday periods between the hours of 7.00am and 2.00pm or otherwise directed by the school.

Enhanced DBS checks for all staff are a requirement.

The successful supplier will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and materials, including the school caretaker’s requirements also.

1. Register your company on the etenderwales portal (this is only required once)

- Browse to the eSourcing Portal: www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

- Click the “Suppliers register here” link

- Agree to the terms and conditions and click “continue”

- Enter your correct business and user details

- Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete

- You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)

2. Express an Interest in the Project

- Login to the portal with the username/password

- Click the “ITTs Open to All Suppliers” link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires open to any registered supplier)

- Click on the relevant ITT (ITT_93261) to access the content.

- Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the page.

- This will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)

- Click on the ITT code to access the content

3. Responding to the tender

- You can now choose to “Create Response” or “Decline to Respond” (please give a reason if declining)

- You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT

- There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available)
