Abstract

Wrexham County borough Council (WCBC) is looking for an external provider to facilitate a consultation with parents (expectant and with children aged 0-7) and early year’s providers such as admissions and frontline staff within Wrexham with the aim of obtaining their opinions on current provision within Wrexham and identifying any gaps in provision and how it could be improved. WCBC will aid the Supplier in identifying key services. The successful Supplier will prepare a report of the findings from this consultation. The themes where WCBC are seeking to develop a better understanding are listed below: - Quality of provision - Integration across services, access to provision - Information and advice about provision - Transition between provisions - Sufficiency of provision - Involvement of parents in planning, designing and reviewing provision (coproduction).
