Global Wales is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to undertake a research project that will provide a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities available to Wales’ Higher and Further Education institutions and representative organisations to develop international partnerships and projects based around the skills sector.

The objective of the scoping exercise is to identify opportunities which would be capitalised on to address the needs, and showcase the assets and expertise of Wales’ skills sector, in four key countries/regions:

The USA

India

Vietnam, and

Europe
