Torfaen County Borough Council wishes to commission an independent consultant to undertake the evaluation of Connect Engage Listen Transform (CELT). The value of the tender will be from £32,000 up to a maximum £38,000 and it is expected that an inception report will be published in mid-May 2022 with a final evaluation report published in late June 2022.
