Minimum standards and qualification required
Dispenser offered should meet the following Technical Specification:
• To be able to dispense and cap the 3 different parts (2mL tube / 7mL tube and Swab bulb)
• Precision filling volumes between 0.3mL and above (maximum volume – 6mL) - <1% variance
• Screw and press-cap functions
• Simple and easy to use for set-up and clean down
• A star-wheeled type dispensing platform would be suitable, but others would be considered if they performed the job as well.
• Exit of tubes after capping into a container (by dropping / pushing out)
• Complete with self-supporting table.
• Settings to adjust torque for the screw caps, to ensure no leakages
• To be able to be operated by one single person
• To be supplied with multiple tubing sets (approx. 30) in order to allow for dedicated tubing for specific reagents
• Training to be given on installation and a pre-acceptance check to be in place
