As part of its Talent Pipeline Programme, the NHS Wales Financial Management Graduate Trainee Scheme is designed to attract ‘high flying’ graduates with the potential to become NHS Wales Finance Directors and senior finance leaders and who through this scheme will learn practical financial and management skills and grow their leadership strengths.

Now recruiting its 7th cohort, a supplier is required to review the scheme and ensure our it is still fit for purpose and having the required impact within the finance teams. The NHS Wales Finance Academy is therefore seeking to commission a provider with proven expertise to undertake an external evaluation of the scheme.
