This Framework Agreement is for the refurbishment of vacant Council owned dwellings for LOT 1 (Properties that require 10,000 GBP of works and above this level).

It is anticipated that there will be approximately 670 vacant properties per year and they will vary in price from 1,000 to 40,000 GBP. These properties, when received, may require minimal works or major works.

This Framework Agreement is for the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of Council owned dwellings for both vacant and occupied.

Wrexham CBC has an ongoing commitment to refurbishing all its properties up to the Welsh Government’s Welsh Housing Quality Standard and where properties become vacant, they are to be refurbished to meet a very high and modern standard. Work is also expected to take place in occupied properties to deliver the same high standards of accommodation across the housing stock.
