Refurbishment of 3rd & 4th Floor toilets at Atrium, Cardiff Campus

Description of the goods or services required

The refurbishment of the 3rd and 4th floor toilets. The works include the complete replacement of the IPS cubicles. Block up of doorways, new doorways to create two sets of gender neutral toilets on each floor. All new plumbing and lighting to suit new layout. New flooring and complete decoration.

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 22nd April 2022.
