Conwy County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council, Gwynedd Council, Isle of Anglesey County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council have agreed to work together on a joint procurement to procure, implement and manage a cloud hosted software solution for education management information services.
The goods and services that are the subject matter of the procurement shall be divided into six lots, with one lot for each of the contracting authorities. It is intended that each of the of the contracting authorities will enter into separate agreements on identical, or near identical terms, for the provision, maintenance and support of the software solution with the successful supplier.
