Abstract
The front roof of Parry Williams has been subjected to storm damage and has had a temporary repair.
The university wants to carry out replacement of the whole roof.
AU has erected access scaffold and parapet rails
The method of work shall minimise exposure occasioned by roof sheet removal.
• Remove and dispose of parapet cover flashing and upstands
• Remove and dispose of temporary roof repairs and roof sheets
• Supply and fit timber bearers
• Supply and fit 150mm rockwool insulation layer c/w vapour layer and breathable paper over
• Supply and fit rails and brackets
• Supply and fit 3m x 10m roof sheets from leading edge
