Total quantity or scope of tender
The project comprises the modifications, reconfiguration & refurbishment of the student accommodation at Glamorgan Court (Block A & B)
Externally the work will consist of window replacements, painting of soffits, new gutters & RWP’s & canopies.
Internally the work will be localised limited demolition to reconfigure areas, electrical rewiring, heating modifications, new LED lighting, new bathrooms & kitchens, new floor coverings throughout, new ceilings, full redecoration, FF&E and other associated works.

Interested parties must be able to and document in their response:
Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;
Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria;
Meet the critical programme deadline;
Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;
Undertake a site visit;
Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the Schedule of Works pricing document
